Clinic Policies

At Serene Rejuvenation, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our clients. Please take a moment to review the following policies, which apply to all treatments and services offered by our clinic. By proceeding with a consultation, treatment(s), including package treatments, and/or the purchase of skincare, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Privacy Policy

Your personal and medical information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. It will only be shared with team members who are directly involved in your care and treatment.

Pricing and Payment Policy

• - Taxes and Service Charges: All treatments and packages are subject to a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Skincare products are also subject to a 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
• - Credit Card Payments: A 2.5% service charge will apply to all payments made by credit card.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value both your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate all our clients, an active credit card is required on file at the time of booking your first appointment.  Should a late cancellation or no-show occur, the following charge will be made to the credit card on file :

• - Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $100 fee.
• - No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a $100 fee.

Refund Policy

• - Non-Refundable Consultations: All consultations at our clinic are non-refundable in the event that you do not proceed with a treatment within 3 months from the date of consultation. Should you proceed with a treatment within 3 months, the consultation fee will be applied to your treatment cost.
• - Non-Refundable Treatments: All treatments performed at our clinic are final and non-refundable.
• - Non-Refundable Packages: All packages purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages must be used in their entirety within two (2) years from the date of purchase. Unused portions of packages will not be refunded or credited.

Image Use Policy

Please note that some of the images displayed on this website or within the clinic may be stock images or images that have been provided by our trusted suppliers, including manufacturers of the medications and devices we use. These images are for illustrative purposes only and do not depict actual patients or results from Serene Rejuvenation. Images of patients who have received treatment at Serene Rejuvenation will be clearly identified within the image itself or within the text attached to the image.
