Facial Balancing
Small changes, read across the whole face.

Understanding
What’s really
going on
Facial balancing is about how the features of a face relate to one another, and how those relationships shift with time. Cheeks and temples lose volume, the jawline softens, and overactive muscles can gradually change how expression sits or how wide the lower face appears. Because the face is read as a whole, a small change in one area changes the impression the whole face gives. Balance here means your own face and its own proportions; it has nothing to do with trends or ideal ratios.
Dr. Sarai’s approach is architectural: examine the whole face first, listen to what actually bothers you, and only then plan. The plan draws conservatively on three tools, chosen by what has shifted. Where firmness along the jawline and lower face has eased, SkinTyte® deep-heats the collagen layer so it rebuilds over time. Where muscle pull is shifting expression or widening the jawline, Botox® or Xeomin® softens the overactivity. Where volume and structure have been lost in the cheeks, chin or jawline, Belotero® fillers restore them. Many plans involve less than people expect, because subtlety is the goal, and everything is confirmed with you at consultation.
Not sure which treatment is right for you? Every plan starts with a consultation and a proper look at your skin.
