SkinSmooth^™ Skin Texture Treatment

Both. It is most often used as the finishing step at the end of a BBL^® HEROic^™ session for pigment or redness, adding three to five minutes to the appointment. It can also be booked as a standalone treatment when skin texture is the main concern.

Added to an existing BBL^® HEROic^™ session it takes a further three to five minutes, and no numbing is required. Most people describe the sensation as brief warmth against a cooled handpiece.

Texture rather than colour: the appearance of pores, fine lines around the eyes and mouth, and crepey skin on the cheeks, neck and arms. Pigment and visible vessels are the job of the other BBL^® HEROic^™ settings, which is why the two are so often combined in one appointment.

Skin often looks smoother in the first few days after a session. Texture and pore appearance respond gradually, so a course is usually planned rather than a single visit. How your skin responds is reviewed at follow-up, and the plan adjusted from there.
