    This website is operated by Serene Rejuvenation in Surrey, British Columbia. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Clinic Policies.

  2. Not medical advice

    Content on this site is for general education only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results vary. Treatments are provided only after a personal consultation and assessment with a physician.

  3. Age and eligibility

    Treatments at our clinic are provided to persons aged 18 and over. Booking on behalf of a minor requires a consultation with a parent or legal guardian present, and treatment is offered only where the physician considers it appropriate. This website is intended for users aged 18 and over.

  4. Reviews and patient photos

    Reviews shown on this site are the individual experiences of real patients, reproduced from Google, and do not predict or promise your outcome. Before and after photos show actual patients of the clinic, published with their written consent; results vary from person to person and depend on individual assessment.

  5. Bookings & payments

    Appointments are booked through Jane App, and purchases are made through Jane App or Shopify; each service operates under its own terms and privacy policy. Our booking, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in our Clinic Policies. Gift cards are subject to the conditions described on our Gift Cards page.

  6. Photo and content submissions

    If you send us photos, videos, or other content through this website, you confirm that the content is of you (or that you have the right to share it) and that it is accurate and unaltered. Submissions are delivered to our clinic team by electronic means and are used to support your care as described on the submission page. We do not publish patient photos without separate written consent.

  7. Electronic communications

    We offer email and electronic photo submission as convenient ways to reach us, and we take reasonable steps to protect the security and encryption of information sent to us this way. No electronic system is completely secure, however: email can travel through services we do not control and may not be encrypted end to end, and any account can be compromised. By contacting us or sending photos electronically you accept this risk; if you prefer, you can share sensitive information by phone or in person at the clinic.

  8. Financing & payment plans

    Financing is offered by independent third-party providers, Medicard and Beautifi. Links on this site are provided for convenience only: any application or financing agreement is an independent transaction between you and the provider, under that provider's own terms, conditions, and privacy policy. Approval is not guaranteed, and we have no influence over approval decisions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your dealings with these providers.

  9. Links to other websites

    This site links to services we do not operate, including Jane App for booking, Shopify for purchases, Google for reviews, and social media platforms. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

  10. Intellectual property

    The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Serene Rejuvenation and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks (including Sciton®, BBL®, HALO®, Botox®, Xeomin®, Belotero®, and SkinPen®) belong to their respective owners.

    We may update, correct, or remove website content at any time without notice. Prices shown on this site are for general guidance and may change; the price confirmed at booking or consultation is the one that applies.
