The Guide

What sets the price

Treatments here are priced the way they are delivered. Light and laser sessions are priced per treatment, neuromodulators per unit, dermal fillers per syringe, and microneedling either singly or as a series. That structure is fixed. What varies is how much of it your skin actually needs.

Which is why no figure on this page is binding. Dr. Sarai assesses your skin and builds a plan around what you want to change. The cost follows from that plan. Financing is available through our payment plans.

The consultation is itself a paid appointment: $50 on its own, or $100 when booked together with Botox® or Xeomin® at the same visit. Go ahead with treatment within three months and that fee is applied to the cost of your treatment.

Consultation fees

Every plan begins with a consultation with Dr. Sarai

The $100 covers your consultation and reserves time for Botox® or Xeomin® at the same visit. It does not include the treatment. If you go ahead, the full $100 is credited toward the cost of your Botox® or Xeomin® treatment, which is a separate charge priced per unit and confirmed at assessment.

Benign skin lesions such as skin tags and warts, any body area. Treatment time is billed in 10-minute blocks at $60 per block, and a partial block is rounded up to the next full block: a 14-minute treatment, for example, is billed as two blocks. Your exact price is confirmed at your consultation.

About cost, plainly

They are our current standard prices, shown by treatment area, with package pricing where we offer it. What your own plan costs still depends on what Dr. Sarai finds at assessment (which areas, and how many sessions your skin actually needs), so your final figure is confirmed at your consultation. Prices may change over time.

A consultation is $50, or $100 when booked with Botox® or Xeomin® at the same appointment; either fee is credited toward treatment. Light and laser treatments are priced per session, by treatment area. Neuromodulators are priced per unit. Dermal fillers are priced per syringe, with half-syringe options for most Belotero® fillers. SkinPen® microneedling is priced per treatment area. Cryotherapy is billed in 10-minute blocks of $60, and a partial block is rounded up to the next full block.

Yes. Multi-treatment pricing is listed beside the single-session price for BBL® HEROic™, SkinTyte®, SkinSmooth™, Forever Clear BBL®, Forever BARE BBL® and NanoLaserPeel™, and SkinPen® microneedling for the face is available as a series of three. Whether a package suits your plan is confirmed at your consultation.

Yes. We work with Medicard by iFinance and Beautifi, two Canadian cosmetic financing providers, so you can begin treatment now and pay over time. Details are on our payment plans page, and we can walk you through the options at your consultation.

No. As a physician-led practice, we don’t run promotional pricing, time-limited offers or discounts on medical treatments. What you’re recommended is based on clinical assessment alone.
