Understanding

What’s really
going on

Rosacea shows up as persistent redness, flushing and visible vessels across the cheeks, nose and chin. Triggers vary from sun to stress to diet, which is what makes it so hard to control on your own.

BBL® HEROic light therapy targets the dilated vessels and inflammation that create the redness: treated vessels absorb the light, close down, and the skin’s baseline tone calms over a series of sessions. Where the skin’s surface needs support, gentle peels or laser resurfacing can be added carefully once the rosacea itself has settled. Dr. Sarai pairs treatment with trigger management and barrier-supporting skincare for lasting control.

Not sure which treatment is right for you? Every plan starts with a consultation and a proper look at your skin.

How we treat it

The redness of rosacea lives in dilated blood vessels, and vessels are exactly what BBL® HEROic light therapy targets. Wavelengths absorbed by haemoglobin heat the problem vessels selectively; they close down and are cleared by the body, and with them goes a measurable share of the baseline redness. The newest-generation platform matters here: consistent energy and continuous cooling make treating reactive, rosacea-prone skin more comfortable and more predictable.

Light alone is half the plan. Dr. Sarai assesses your subtype (background redness, flushing, visible vessels, bumps and breakouts, or a mixture) and pairs the BBL® series with barrier-supporting skincare and a practical look at your personal triggers. Where inflammatory bumps dominate, treatment can borrow from the acne playbook; where flushing dominates, expectations are set honestly, since flushing control is partial rather than total.

Who it’s for

Adults with persistent central-face redness, easy flushing, or visible vessels around the nose and cheeks, especially those tired of managing it with cover-up alone, and those whose rosacea has been dismissed as “just sensitive skin”. Fair skin shows rosacea most and responds well to vascular light treatment. If you are unsure whether what you have is rosacea, the consultation answers that first, with a physician’s eye.

What to expect

A series of sessions, usually three to five, spaced several weeks apart. Pulses feel like brief warm snaps over the treated area; sessions are short and need minimal downtime beyond a few hours of flushing, a familiar sensation for anyone with rosacea, and one that settles. Visible vessels often respond within the first sessions; overall baseline redness calms progressively across the series.

Rosacea is a chronic, relapsing condition, so we plan for the long term: maintenance light sessions when redness begins creeping back, an ongoing barrier-first skincare routine, and trigger management that fits your actual life. Dr. Sarai reviews your response and adjusts the interval. Control, kept, is the realistic and achievable goal.

The Plan

Three Steps To Calmer Skin

  1. Assess

We map your redness, your vessels and your personal triggers. The pattern matters as much as the severity.

  2. Treat

A BBL® HEROic series that targets dilated vessels and inflammation, with gentle peels or resurfacing added carefully where the skin needs more, over several sessions.

  3. Maintain

Trigger management and barrier-supporting skincare to keep flare-ups less frequent and less intense.
