Skin Concern
Dull or Uneven Skin Tone
Radiance returns when cell turnover does.

Understanding
What’s really
going on
When skin cell turnover slows, dead cells build up on the surface and scatter light unevenly. Skin then looks tired, rough or blotchy even when it is healthy underneath. Sun exposure and age both speed this up.
Resurfacing lifts away that dull outer layer and prompts fresh cell turnover. The options run from PCA chemical peels and the quick, no-downtime NanoLaserPeel™, through BBL® HEROic™ light therapy where uneven colour dominates, to deeper renewal with HALO® or Contour TRL™. Dr. Sarai calibrates the treatment to your skin and your calendar.
Not sure which treatment is right for you? Every plan starts with a consultation and a proper look at your skin.
How we treat it
Dullness is a resurfacing problem, and resurfacing comes in depths. The NanoLaserPeel™ removes only the outermost film of dead cells, a quick refresh with minimal downtime that brightens immediately. The MicroLaserPeel® goes a measured step deeper for skin that is rough as well as dull. HALO® adds a second, non-ablative wavelength that works beneath the surface, so tone and texture renew together. And where dullness is really the surface expression of accumulated damage, ProFractional™ or Contour TRL™ rebuild from further down.
The skill is in matching depth to cause. Dr. Sarai starts by working out why your skin has gone flat (slowed turnover, sun damage, dehydration, texture, or several at once), then prescribes the lightest treatment that will genuinely fix it, stepping deeper only where the assessment says the skin needs it.
Who it’s for
Anyone whose skin looks tired despite decent habits: the complexion that reads grey in photographs, makeup that sits unevenly, a general loss of light. It also suits people preparing for an event (the lighter peels are timed easily around a calendar) and those wanting a first, low-commitment step into laser skin renewal before considering deeper work with Dr. Sarai.
What to expect
For the lighter peels: a brief session, a day or two of feeling wind-burned, fine flaking, and brighter skin within the week. For HALO® and the deeper options: a few days of social downtime while micro-treated skin darkens and sheds, with the glow emerging over the following two to six weeks as renewal completes below the surface.
How long the brightness lasts depends on maintenance. Cell turnover keeps slowing with age and sun keeps landing, so many people schedule a light peel a few times a year, supported by a skincare plan that keeps turnover healthy between visits. Your cadence is set with Dr. Sarai based on how your skin responds.
